I love my job and my team. I wish benefits were better, that the 401k match was consistent and not capped for high income earners. I wish that compensation was fairly reviewed and assessed.

Sense of humor. Strong work ethic. Transparency and openness.

High collaboration and interest/ability to lend a hand when needed.

Open, collaborative, hard-working, smart, diversity of perspective and talents we/they bring to the table.

Regular cost of living increases and better assessments of compensation when taking on additional responsibilities.

That they are kind people. I know most of the executive team personally and like them as people.

The diversity of my job. Helping my team be successful. The support of my manager. Relationships with the SLT.

The excitement to continue to grow and change. Putting our EVP in place. Changing associate experience starting in the recruitment and onboarding process and through their careers here.

While I don't necessarily think I'm paid fairly compared to my peers, I have had increases in the last two years which have been immensely meaningful. For now, that is enough.

It may seem simple, but I like that most of them are genuinely NICE people. Highly approachable, incredibly bright, motivated to help with our transformation and willing to get into the weeds to get the work done.
