Great company to work for overall and excellent learning environment on my team. I feel like I will be able to make a lot of progress in my career here. The only major issue I have is not having a choice on what insurance providers to use. You can choose a level but not the company.

I could get paid better at other similar jobs in the market. The "merit-based" raise this year didn't even cover inflation so it was a downgrade in pay. I'm still grateful because it could be worse. But it does not give me confidence that the company will ever give me a real and meaningful raise.
