I do the majority of my bosses work for half the pay. A few good people make it bearable until I get an new opportunity
Overall it's easy, fun, and compensates fairly.
Bad pay. The good employees leave to get paid what they deserve. They can't hire anyone great at the rate they pay, so we get inexperienced people on the cheap, and they get what they pay for. They treat the employees like a liability instead of a person. I can't afford a decent life here.
Poor pay, medium benefit options, no bonuses, no incentives, poor raises, no local opportunity to advance.
I have learned so much about plasma I'm looking into going back to school to further my education
