Again, leadership and supervise classes. I think you're Center manager could dress a little bit more appropriate

To many chiefs and nothing gets accomplished

Pay and attitudes are flailing. We need constructive criticism. Actual training and mentorship would be nice. But I think better pay and positive attitudes would go a long long way. If you read the company values, they sound great. But, they are nowhere to be found at the center level.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

The pay needs to be seriously reworked and major raises need to be applied to our area. I can't afford to take care of my family and that is very depressing and discouraging. And, the company could care less while they post stories of people who use our products.
