What are some of the best things about your team?

The regionals and district managers have to work together closely to get anything done

We don't have teams we are lonely little creatures who occasionally bump into each other and either get excited or start hissing like fighting cats

Forming a union would improve nearly everything.

Communication and classes on ethics and leadership

To actually work together. To pay us properly

Education, broaden their horizons, anything to promote tolerance, acceptance and compromising demeanors.

This is obvious and nothing will change

I never know my team mate when going on a job with one. Being able to interact more would be nice

Not put a job on ine person that doesnt get the same pay. Most employees are lazy and hourly make more than salary with less work

Many workers they hore has no clue what to do. Or they will not execute work correctly

Most are old seniors and work slower than I but we split the time equally.

Coworkers are not the issue. they work how they are trained. The issue is that they are not trained by someone that knows what they're doing, most of the time. They could be trained by someone that started a month before them. Newbies could be set up with reps that have had complaints against them.

First of all, the dms should not just hire anyone that passes a background check. You get people that have no idea what they are doing. They cant take care of their personal hygiene let alone their assignments in a store.
