Honestly, it's helping me to become the person I want to be, professionally and personally. It's been a major confidence boost, and I don't doubt myself as much, even when it comes to something small. I feel like I've found a career here, not just a job.

The fact that I'm treated like a person, not a number/minion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How invested they are in us! They want to see us succeed, both professionally and personally.

Knowing that even though I work remotely, I can always reach out for help if I need it.

Working as a 1099 and receiving my full paycheck! And taxes are a breeze, way easier than I expected!

Our daily Zoom calls. We always have a great time on our calls. They always set a good tone for the rest of my day.

I'm part of the remote staff, so my only compensation is my pay, no additional benefits. But I'm totally fine with that and happy with my salary!

We have each other's backs! No one ever complains. We get the work done, and everyone is always willing to help. We support and encourage each other.

I love that I'm valued and my hard work is recognized and appreciated. I also love that I can be myself, and I'm liked for who I am.

We're a legit family! We care about each other. We have a bond I've never had with co-workers before. We have lots in common but are also different, and we appreciate that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Amazing support and encouragement. No egos, always willing to listen. They plan frequent trainings that are not only helpful but fun so we stay sharp! They're available, caring, and always wanting to see us improve and succeed.
