My co-workers are easy to get along with, except for the Lead manager.

I get along with just about everyone in each department. Its nice being able to talk with other members of the team!
Our Lead Manager is super hard to get along with. The Assistant manager is by far the best! He deserves to take the lead.
The interview was great, it was short and straight to the point. The lead Manager was happy, and I dont know what changed but she is NOT the same person.
I feel undervalued because for the amount of work that I do, on top of picking up the slack from other members in my department, I am not given even praise for my work. Others who do LESS than me are given so much praise its quite disturbing.
