I feel that they make up rules and regulations as they go along and they have all these policies but there is no union to help the associate. This creates a very one-sided relationship with managers giving demanding a lot out of the associate without them really knowing if this is in guidelines.

I actually have a lot to say. One major problem is that the managers do not care about our health as they should. More than a handful of our associates has caught COVID-19. They still act as if it is a common cold. Some of us feel very uncomfortable going to work since the pandemic is still rising.

As stated before I feel like we are being taken advantage of and there is no real way to know for ourselves. If we ask the manager we suspect of doing the wrong if we can have confirmation, then we can easily get misdirected.
