Everything That place is drab dingy dungeon environment, the upper management cares very little about the lower employees and there concerns and everything runs supper slow. When I went in for orientation it took then 10min just to login to the system and the manager didn't know how to do everything

I don't think anything will fix the problems in this company, but, a good first step would be to pay us better so that we can afford gas for the car to come to work and the bills. Second stop pushing unrealistic goals on your teams. An let people breath don't jump down there throats all the time.
