Listening to its workers and making them feel appreciated. Was told the company did not have time to look at giving me a pay raise and to "not chase money" while in the same day asking me to work 60 plus hours to fix problems that id already fixed multiple times only for it be destoryed again

It's good to be sales oriented and to push for additional goals, sales, but never at the expense of standard practice. Stop adding additional responsibilities if no effort is made to increase full time positions in departments, and then get upset when one or two people can't manage them all.

Workes are paid the same regardless of work ethic or skill, you could not rotate put all of your stock in the wrong place and disappear for hours on end and be paid the same as someone else doing everything they can to do the job right and fix your stuff and sleep soundly knowing they wont fire you

I feel undervalued because even though sales are up over last year's I am frequently told I am failing. I feel undervalued because foodlion stresses payroll, cost, then complains when tasks aren't done to completion or to perfection. I feel undervalued because I'm reminded that I have none.

Stop fixating on what isn't getting done. Instead of actively looking for new "blood" or hires look into WHY is it your already established crew are leaving in droves. Penalize stores with high turnover rate, investigate, and act accordingly.

Warehouse needs to be on time more consistently and not show up with poorly stacked pallets at 1pm. Give us new or fixed pallet jacks, managers need to be more understanding on things and nit brush things off. Give an opportunity to make more money other than waiting for the guy above them to leave.

Poorly managed, too many chiefs, and the chiefs in charge fixate on superficial things rather than real issues. Listen to associates, D.Managers, of what works and doesn't as to oppose to thinking them replaceable and naive to their designated areas that they spend 40+ a week in. You spend one day.

I actually have a lot to say. One major problem is that the managers do not care about our health as they should. More than a handful of our associates has caught COVID-19. They still act as if it is a common cold. Some of us feel very uncomfortable going to work since the pandemic is still rising.

As stated before I feel like we are being taken advantage of and there is no real way to know for ourselves. If we ask the manager we suspect of doing the wrong if we can have confirmation, then we can easily get misdirected.
