What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Math. 400 piece truck at 35 cases per hr plus Milk and eggs, done in 8 hours is impossible

They need to actually act professional, respect their employees, be more productive, and not take breaks off the clock. At one point I was not scheduled for 2 months when I tried to get my hours, overall the worst place I have worked and just extremely unprofessional.

I would of liked fulltime employment with insurance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing a 2 person job by myself. Over expectations for an 8 hour shift. 400 piece truck divided by 35 per hr is 11.5 hrs. Then Milk and eggs twice. Both given an hr per. Is basically a 15 hr shift in 8 hours

A fair wage would make me feel better about the compensation aspect, but the Managers need to be fired and slots refilled. They do not deserve to lead with the choices they're making. They promote workers that are family friends before they promote valid employees.

I pick up the slack from associates who do not do their job properly or completely. I go over and beyond even when my bosses constantly show disrespect. I always here what they would do for me but never do. I honestly need to speak with a higher authority

Better management at the upper store level. Management that isn't biased toward friends and family or previous over the top workers. The Store manager doesn't want to work with you on any store discrepancies unless you are the best employee or is friends.
