What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tenured, Genuinely Engaged with me and my entire team and are committed to giving us the tools, training and information to succeed consistently. Reputation matters and it's demonstrated in actions more than just talking about it. I'm new and as hard as my role is, the leadership team shows up!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Tenured, well-established, ability to work cohesively together no matter what. They work hard and come together beautifully and I know without a doubt they can be counted on for our candidates, clients and each other. They are the BEST!! I mean it, they really are and that is why I joined them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like people I work with very much and can't wait to see them as they want me to be successful and I feel it even on days when I doubt myself they keep me motivated and never have I not wanted to come in....unless I'm sick and they are supportive, understanding and respectful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not undervalued, but wish our benefits were better with lower deductibles and better coverage. Having a 401K match is always good. To clarify, I'm in sales, and my earnings opportunity is solid with many ways to increase my compensation overall. It's up to me to earn more if I want it bad enough!
