Being fully remote is nice. It would be better to travel and meet people in person (but COVID has limited that). Again, we desperately need to take risks or we'll fall to the giants in our market and more scrappy startups like Aircall and Dialpad. It's now or never.

I said the exact same thing last year, but take risks. Innovate the brand. We're boring on social and have confused messaging. Outside of SMBs, we're not a well-known brand. Go all-in on brand and tighten up the messaging. The difference between homepage and webpages is glaring.
