What is the best part about your compensation package?
I had a very competitive compensation package, which was at market rates. Moving to Nextiva meant I got a pay rise from my last job which was appreciated as I have more experience and a family to support now.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that everyone wants to be there, and likes working there, which means that everyone comes into work with a good attitude and means that even if we have to work late when we are on a big project, everyone is still in a good mood which means there?

I was referred by a friend so I think that my experience was a bit different to many others. I talked to a few people before starting and had a good fit of experience for the role so it was all very straightforward.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am a long term thinker and really need to be able to see myself being able to make my job work in the years to come. At Nextiva I feel like I can plan my life and I have balance that would keep me here, and happy, for a long time.
