Recognizing the talent we already have in house. The people who built this company, and have proven results - instead of thinking we need to hire externally, and bring in 20+ year exp. VPs from Microsoft and Dell.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone genuinely cares about each other.

No one judges you. It's a place where you can speak freely and be yourself. For example, I wear sweatpants and basketball jerseys to work, and no one cares. It's not a place that focuses on external appearance as a way to judge someone.

We take the time to vet for more than just skills. We look for great people with a good heart, who are caring and positive and that will add to the company culture we are building.

The fact that every day is a new challenge and it never gets boring. There are tons of opportunities to tackle, which keeps things interesting.
