Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Compensation does not account for tenureship/experience. When increases come, they almost set everyone on the same level regardless of experience. The Increase in quick promotions on lower level Vs higher level positions is a major contributor to that. Education credit/benefits should be available.

The cost of living has skyrocketed in the area and the pay is a slow reaction to this. We can't even move into a 3 bedroom due to this.
