no angry customers that are shouting and I am quite happy

What is the best part about your compensation package?

additional days off, white salary (this is not common in my country unfortunately)

that we are not forced to sit next to each other hahaha. some things u appreciate more on a distance

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like that we work remotely but stay engaged. I hate spending time for getting to work and back if we are in the office

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate they appreciate me :) also I am really grateful for all the support with studying, promotion and moral support . I feel that my manager really involved in my work process and cares both about me and about maintaining healthy work process
