The compensation should be adjusted, we make the same as many fast food workers. Turnover needs to be addressed and when turnover happens metrics should be adjusted.

high turnover has caused more work with the same expectations and the pay is not equivalent to the amount or type of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
everyone is too busy to interact and seem bothered when asked for help because of the amount of work. Some coworkers are great, others not so much.
