my first interview was very informal which I like, just a sit down chat instead of scripted questions. I think you get a better read of people that way.

we worked together seamlessly. Little or no direction was usually given with minimal communication between shift on regular assignments. Everyone got along and everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing and when they could take it easy vs when they needed to step it up without being told.

we all got along like family. there were rarely disagreements and when there were, they were over and done as fast as they came up. We all loved each other and were happy to be at work with each other. this was the only job I have had where I loved getting to go to work.
