P.F. Chang's – Terrible. Their website is practically unusable. The staff is constantly overworked and under paid. Upper management seems to have no knowledge of how things work on the line. I'm shocked this company hasn't shut down yet honestly

Was sind einige der besten Dinge an Ihrem Team?
Some of the people are pretty great
Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?
Everything, it's a sinking ship that isn't willing to fix anything
Was hat Ihnen am Interviewprozess am besten gefallen?
The fact that they were so desperate for help that the interview was basically a formality
Was gefällt dir am besten am Führungsteam?
The management staff of my building are great, they actually care. It's everyone above them that should never be in charge of anything again, especially not a kitchen
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
The sheer amount of work they expect us to put out is absolute insanity. They can't even staff us properly, let alone pay us what we deserve. It would make me feel better if they paid me about 30% more than they are, but that won't happen
