Pottery Barn – Consistent information. I recently purchased a bed from Pottery Barn. It arrived with the head board and foot board damaged. Pottery barn has only offered me a Pottery Barn card to purchase more items instead of crediting my Williams Sonoma CC that I purchased the bed on. Not acceptable.
