We work together and encourage one another. We have never had a staff meeting, BTW.
The team works well together and helps one another get through the days tasks. No one is taking anyones sales and everyone helps out with all duties to be completed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The work environment does not promote congeniality
Better logistics within our supply chain would cut down some of our complaints. A lot of our job is apologizing for things we can't control.
