Most positive is that most colleagues love the brand and support it and this helps the customers.

due to no training, no meetings, etc. no knowledge of the performance of the store, it is pretty poor. Training is of most important. as I mentioned, There is no training which should be of upmost importance. I must say, I have never observed the manager treat any employee as he treats me. all

It is an unhealthy environment to work in. They do not maintain any of the CDC's guidelines for Covid does exposing workers to Covid. When employees test positive they selectively inform others does exposing certain people do this deadly disease
