Pottery Barn – There is absolutely ZERO way to escalate an issue to a manager, supervisor or anyone. You get a customer service rep and that's it. If they can't solve your issue, too bad. I was told to cancel my order by several reps rather then let me speak to a supervisor, The worst experience I ever had!!!!!!
