Pottery Barn – They promise delivery but delay multiple time . We have waited 4 months through holidays with no furniture. Then when they finally delivered ,not all the pieces were there and we find out two chairs are delayed another 8 to twelve weeks!!! This was a 25 to 30 thousand dollar order.
