Pottery Barn – Cust Serv is terrible. I bought 4 items and paid for white glove. The desk arrived unassembled. Cust Serv said that the item didn't come with assembly. I pointed out what the website said I was told "I can agree I would be frustrated if I had the assumption these were all being put together"
