UT Health San Antonio: This place is about as well organized and managed as an elementary school bake sale. There are more Chief whatever's than staff. Top heavy. Leadership asks for fast results but is in no hurry to respond or approve. Leadership is awful. Pay is insulting. No one is steering the ship and people know.

Burns & McDonnell: Pay for performance, and you will be asked to perform. Management will load your plate, and give you opportunities until you fall on your face. The good thing about this is it encourages growth, and the falling on your face is expected as part of that growth.
