Financial company doesn't have a track of your payments , and they try to charge you twice your deductible. The replacement department doesn't verify your order and doesn't verify your payments and your authorization.

Evonik Corporation: Technically amazing! Benefits- I expected more from a German comapany. I lost a lot of PTO (non-negotiable). I assummed we had sick days. I was shocked to find out taking maternity leave negatively impacts PTO & bonus. I think improving these aspects would make Evonik more attractive

I have a great deal of respect for the North American leadership. Not so much the case with the German leadership team.
Evonik Corporation: Very positive team, and it feels like you're surrounded by opportunities to grow, but for certain job-types they may try to keep you from moving departments making you feel stuck (Roles like Operator, Microbiology, Janitorial). Many employees are well over-educated for these positions.

Be warned, if you're a scientist then the business side will not understand your needs and requirements in lab as they don't have the background except "too much money, not in the budget". other than that, the culture here is great.
