Sabre Corporation: Good people Fun industry Finance gets boring and need ways to keep it interesting Need more operations trams to own more procedural tasks. Too many sit with finance and its impossible to own procedural tasks and also deliver on financial analysis for same project or deal.

It's disgusting and I am tired of it. I fear my kids future.

Sabre Corporation: I gotta be honest, I really love Sabre and working for Sabre BUT... I'm not sure if the future for GDS companies like Sabre are a sustainable long-long term business model. Working for Sabre feels like working for a legacy company. I don't see myself retiring for Sabre, sadly.
Sabre Corporation: There are many challenges and enjoy teamwork and ability to modernize and innovate.
Sabre Corporation: Work culture is great, people here are awesome but compensation isn't that great for most of us. Not so good at retaining talents.
Sabre Corporation: I feel comfortable and supported, but at the same time challenged at work.
Sabre Corporation: Experience greatly depends on the manager. Great leaders can empower and accelerate the team growth, while less skilled supervisors may lead to decreasing retention and low team spirit / performance. I am happy I joined Sabre.
Sabre Corporation: Overall positive, especially through the last two years when I saw true leadership and humility in the executive team, and special respect to Sean Menke for his leadership. He has truly shown that he cares not only about the company, but the employees. Finally I saw words enforced with the actions

Sabre Corporation: I have been with the company for several years. I'm grateful for being part of Sabre and for all the learning and experience I have acquired. It's a great place to work that has a lot talented people. When it comes to the future, I don't see career opportunities for people that is not technical.
Sabre Corporation: The people at Sabre are incredible to work with. The amount of hours required not during normal business hours is sometime excessive. The expectation from management is that you are to always be ON and available no matter the time.

Sabre Corporation: Fairly new employee, less than 2 years. My experience has been mostly positive, although being new, I never witnessed the company prior to Covid. It seems the company is trying to reinvent itself post-Covid so there very few cultural reference points that are relevant.
