I feel empowered and have the necessary tools to be successful at what I do. There is just too much work to be done and so my work-life balance is compromised. I hardly am able to do my motherly duties as work and deadlines beckon. The day does not seem to end sometimes.

There is room for improvement on the merit increase given and a 13-month bonus should be introduced as in other companies that I know of
