Feeling of accomplishment; that I have done my job well for that day, helped and supported my team and other fellow employees

I believe they value their employees, not just the bottom dollar; they understand that engaged employees are the best retained and provide the most value back to the company

The Evonik leadership team does a fantastic job of maintaining open lines of communication; I'm grateful that they share what's to come, and take the feedback of their employees as well.

I was welcomed warmly when I started my role; I have been accepted and have come to be relied on within my team. It's not always perfect, but everyone always strives to improve together!

I feel they truly care about their employees & see that happy employees are productive employees. When decisions are made, they are communicated clearly. This, overall, creates a happy future for employees & company alike.

I have a reliable team; there isn't a sense of "my work" or "your work" - it really is TEAM WORK. We collaborate, think through processes, and help one another to achieve our end goals. I'm grateful to work with a thoughtful, supportive bunch
