Elsevier is a great company to work with and I would even say that in my dreams.
I serve the scientific community.
A good work life balance, supportive team and manager.
They have a great vision and they work towards achieving it.
There are similar roles in the organisation or at the competitors end where the compensation is considerably high. This should be taken into consideration.
We support each other and we look business as whole and not as one person's task. This mindset helps us to achieve the wholistic target.
A great importance is given to diversity & inclusion, psychological safety, gender bias and strict actions will be taken against those who doesn't follow the company's culture.
Elsevier has a great culture where everyboady is treated fairly. They give a lot of importance psychological safetly, diversity and inclustion. I feel safe and included in this organization.
It is a great team where everybody are team players. No pending works kept and they always help each other. You shout out and there will always be someone to help you.
It is a vibrant team and ready make bold decisions that will cater to business needs. At the same time they stick to the values of the company. A lot of importance is given to psychological safety , diversity & inclusion.
Different roles have different packages. A role which manages 10 to 15 people is not being fairly paid when compared to an individual contributor in another role in a different department. I feel that there should be a balance or the compensation should be adjusted/increased accordingly.
