the people believe in what we do and have you back no matter what.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can ask anyone anything and on top of that I feel like im surrounded by friends and not co workers. I am not stressed about what i wear to work or what they will think of me.
What makes you most happy at work?
the free food and the culture of happiness instilled in the people around me. Even if I'm having a down day I know that the happiness and hunger my colleagues will bring me to the right level for my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its about the people here. They don't just drink the Kool-Aid because they want the world to think they are a cool place to work, they drink it because they believe in the culture they have built and most importantly the people that have helped them build it. Servant Leadership is real at the Grid
