The focus is on paperwork and not the individuals.
Allow the people that are familiar with everyday operations to do the interviews.
The lower management wirked for more hours and harder than the upper management- they deserve a say in how things operate.
Listen to those that actually deal with the day to day and care about the well-being of those we serve. Anyone who chooses to work from home has no clue what happens on site and shouldnt be able to "write up" anyone.
My true team - those that actually care about the individuals- are wonderful but the Regional Director and the QI specialist that she allows to run the facilities she is responsible for are doing everything in their power to eliminate the quality employees. Everyone is replacable- especially them.
Weeding out the weak links- don't hire or promote those that are directly tied to actions that killed insividuals or staff in a company that is acquired. If you make the decision to do so, do bot give them free reign to make the same mistakes by firing the few good team memvers that remain.
