Long 5ime employee who has had maybe a 75 cent raise in 7 yrs time. I train folks who make a quarter less. Better and guaranteed paid vacations. Not hassled when sick or needs to take care of self.

They need to actually do their jobs. Favorites set their own schedules and otherwise don't listen to instruction, don't pay attention to the clients and all of them pick and choose their duties. Also l they lack integrity and self awareness completely. No personal accountability. Pathetic.

Being honest. Being fair. Being good Stuart's for our clients. PAY YOUR GOOD LONG TIME WORKERS MORE than lazy, negligent newbies. Pay increases for long timers. Vacations and time off. For everyone. Hell. We don't even get breaks and lunches. Can't go to appointments or take time off. SLAVE LABOR.
