
They seem to really be about the people and for the people.
The best thing is people who listen and learn quickly and value their job.
The most positive is the people who want to be there and who get it done. The ones who go above and beyond.
During layoffs, some departments are having to pick up the slack and are piled with more responsibilities. Great responsibility does not come with better pay.
It wasn't really an interview. I originally hired in through a temp agency, then after so long you can fill out papers to be hired on full time. The HR ladies are awesome!!
The company is downsizing and there has been talk of the company closing for good. Many of us loyal employees are trying to hang on and ride the storm out and hope for the best, although it's not looking to good.
