The people. Everyone is willing to help but management re-orgs and business strategies change too frequently makes everyone stressed. Will they be let go in the next round of layoffs. Lost time investing in projects that are cancelled.

Actually care about their people. It's obvious they don't by all the decisions they make. Even the corona virus response is more about profit than it is about keeping their people safe.

It was they didn't know how. Rubber stamp questions form the internet and multi people some not even in the same dept interviewing, complete with conflict of interests.
