All of the job details were clearly explained to me and I was given plenty of time to ask any questions that I may have had.

Review from Operations Dept

interviewed by peers and managers

Review from Marketing Dept

It was with a group of people who I directly worked with, not some HR manager trying to screen candidates.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

less questions & more info on the company

they should probably stop making people run around and track whoes fastest.

It was they didn't know how. Rubber stamp questions form the internet and multi people some not even in the same dept interviewing, complete with conflict of interests.
