Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to have better Communication

being kind to all and everyone

Treating others with respect and dignity

Inspiring confidence, reducing layoffs, making products people want to buy, improving customer service, fixing internal IT issues and lack of knowledge base.

caring about their people more than profits and stock holders

Actually care about people. Constantly putting stock holders and company growth over their employees. If you don't you'll continue to lose great engineers.

Review from Engineering Dept

- Thing long term. Plan and prioritize. - De-emphasize Finance: You cannot grow by constantly cutting cost and reducing staff. - Focus on Training. Employee Training

Review from Engineering Dept

Hours for employees, especially third shift. We are being over worked

Review from Product Dept

open and honest communication and reducing disparity between different business groups.

Review from Engineering Dept

The company is paying low wages and buying other companies rapidly. The employees are paying for these by wage freezes that only benefit upper management. If you are white and male and garner no tax breaks, expect zero upward mobility.

Leading with a culture of collaboration vs a culture of fear.
