Allow for collaboration. More accountability for those that aren’t keeping up with others.

We need to remember the culture the way it was, do the activities that engage employees, give them a chance to get to know each other.

Accepting feedback. Celebrating goals being met. Being content in progress made, when we hit a goal, let us enjoy it a little before you put even more pressure on with a harder goal. Compensate employees for experience - tenured employees with great reviews should make a lot more than new hires.

Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?

It literally hurts to know they have given raises to new hires for cost of living, so much so that a new hire that is terrible at her job is making $5,000 less than me. I have great job reviews every year and 7 years experience in my department...that’s just not right.

There is little to no opportunity for career growth, staffing keeps getting cut and our lunches are all staggered - we don’t know who we work with...there seems to be little to no interest in keeping talented/experienced employees. When people complain they are told to move on if they don’t like it
