What makes me the most happy is the thought that I am essentially changing lives with the work that I do and I am having fun doing it and doing something that I love.

That I was able to talk directly to my leader and we were able to have an easy, natural conversation. It wasn't like any interview I had ever had. I was comfortable and was able to easily talk about myself and my work.

I love that the executives and leaders throughout the company, or at least that I have come across, care about things that matter. They care about people and about doing what is right and not always just making the best decision to advance the company financially.

I love that we don't need to be serious all the time to do great work. We can have fun at work and there are opportunities to step outside of the every day frustrations and clear our mind and have a good time every now and then. I love the culture that naturally comes with working for Disney.
