The company expects a lot of us, long hours with little control of our schedules. We have to be knowledgeable and happy to take care of our guests...which most of us are glad to do. But we shouldn't have to work a ton of overtime to get by. Full-time positions are harder to get. The guests notice.

Again, thE single biggest challenge is raising wages, it's too hard to make ends meet and working 50 to 60 hours a week is demoralizing, no sense of a balance of life vs work.

Pay people. Stop hiring just anyone. Have a board that includes cast members and maybe even guests, to know what is going on and know what we think about changes to the company. Stop keeping us understaffed.
