We create beautiful experiences that bring people happiness.

There is a lot of support

Atmosphere costume coworkers music training

The head of publicity is amazing

My coworkers. Management usually doesnt care, but you can always count on your coworkers to support you because they are in the thick of it too.

Enthusiasm around dynamic product and experience.

Review from Operations Dept

My leader -My Director- is very demanding and at the same time human, he is always in search of new strategies to achieve goals and always excel, always recognizing the work of his team, I am very grateful to belong to his excellent and professional team. !

People care about doing great work

Review from IT Dept

Quality of fellow cast members and how everyone works to maintain the magical guest experience

Review from Operations Dept

The upbeat attitude of employees

Review from Operations Dept

We have a great brand and product that we get to support. That in and of itself helps keep things a little more positive.

Review from Finance Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers need to be more focused on their direct reports as valuable people.

Be more progressive and innovative.

Compensation on earth shouldn't have been plagiarized.

Realizing the cast is trying everyday

The boss needs to listen more 2 the people because they never communicate anything with us

Review from Product Dept

Less beuracracy, provide people with meaningful work

a boost in morale would be nice

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership needs to understand that the individuals who work here are people and not machines.

Review from Communications Dept

create wellness through my program

Review from Operations Dept

More appreciation of lower staff levels.

Review from Finance Dept

Grain of Salt: I believe my critique of company culture is only applicable to my current team. It would be nice if people were more welcoming to others who came from "outside Disney." Just because someone didn't start at the company as an intern does not make their experience less valid.

Review from Marketing Dept

We should not have to put on a face to go to work

Review from Operations Dept

Morale is terrible. No acknowledgement of a job well done.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better understanding of employee goals and motivation for being there so our skills can be cultivated and used for more effectively.

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership communication is number one. Also recognition could make a vast improvement.

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing needs to change. Life is a dream when you work for Disney. Everyone and everything is absolutely perfect.

Review from Customer Support Dept

more communication and understanding of the employee

Review from Sales Dept

Better leadership and leadership who listens

Review from Operations Dept

Reduction of forced OT and better coverage for shifts

Review from Sales Dept

Again, thE single biggest challenge is raising wages, it's too hard to make ends meet and working 50 to 60 hours a week is demoralizing, no sense of a balance of life vs work.
