some of the managers listen and help you on your development career. Other managers are not very engaged in development. They focus only on the projects.

Takes time to know the workers even with a really large team. Keeps regular 1:1 meetings and they are just generally pleasant to be around.

Team Leads - Current team lead is great, I have had others in the past that were not so great. Managers - Current Manager is great. I have had others in the past that I did not know if I could trust. Director - Seems ok. I have not spent much time with him.

They don't micromanage my day-to-day activities.

Everything. Like Stop ignoring people just because they do a certain positions.

The leadership team needs to communicate more with the people sometimes they never discus anything with us and just do what's best for them

Efficient communicantion and lead by example. As well as general interpersonal development. We are here to work, yes. But that doesnt mean that our managers cant be there to uplift us when we are doing a great job or give us unbiased support when we need help.

Value experienced employees and not just promote white males.
