Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Year after year we are consistently told by the leadership team that we are all just lucky to have jobs and should be satisfied with the 2.8 percent increase at the beginning of the year. Men consistently make significantly more and get promoted faster than their female counterparts.
