Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel that men in the same positions are paid more and promoted faster than the women.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is amazing but the executive team does not fight for us when we need headcount, promotions or travel to support the overwhelming workload our small team handles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Year after year we are consistently told by the leadership team that we are all just lucky to have jobs and should be satisfied with the 2.8 percent increase at the beginning of the year. Men consistently make significantly more and get promoted faster than their female counterparts.
