TA is overall a good company. But work-life balance is a huge issue and the leadership team never seems to be able to fix it. There is also a lot of favoritism. The burden of work falls on very few people.

ThomasARTS is a good company overall and leadership tries to do right by its employees. But it's out of their hands, so they run their good employees into the ground trying to stay on top of work. Also, the Diversity team has become so overtly political that it's a borderline hostile environment.

Honestly, when I get to log out.

There are lots of growth opportunities.

The people around me make me most happy.

When a challenging project comes together.

The people are generally good people who work hard.

TA is great about providing competitive salaries and added perks.

Many TA employees are intelligent and invested in their work.

People care about people and genuinely want to see others succeed.

The leadership team seems to care about people and about the agency.

The best part of TA's compensation package is the fair-market salary range.

They care about people and do their best to make sure everyone is respected.

The leadership team is comprised of caring, honest people who genuinely try to do right by the company.

The agency's pay scales are not consistent and although the agency tries to keep people from talking compensation, word gets around about disparities.

The ability to grow and development and an understanding that management sets you up to do so and genuinely cares about seeing you succeed.

Most people, even if they are not competent, are pleasant to be around. Everyone gets along and really tries to help each other out.
