Everybody cares about everybody else. People are always willing to jump in and help each other complete tasks!

They take ideas they hear and implement them! Not everything is implemented, but they actually listen and respond! It's not a red-tape set of affairs to get "simple things" done!

The insurance! We also have free lunches every day while in office! There are free snacks and soda! Plus, there are random appreciation events. . .many times per year! I love the culture!

Although people have different opinions than me, they don't voice them quite like my prior colleagues did! Politics and religion are respected even if different than mine! I don't have to hear this and that about my views/religion! :) Love my co-workers!
