Have more empathy for the employees and properly reward the people who stayed at the company despite the company being in bad situation for their contribution and loyalty.

New hires in the company get not only drastically more RSU but even higher base salary than someone like me who's been with the company for a while. Multiple managers departure left my contribution un-recognized. Promo and raise are stingy.
