Just...poor. No culture, little room for advancement, my senior "leaders" don't know how to lead and provide little to no direction or insight. I often wish I had taken another path - I was offered two positions and chose this one. I would've done better at the other company almost guaranteed.

No clear goals or direction from leadership. Every team is a rudderless ship, making it's own headway into what they think needs to be done. This works in small doses but it also has the effect of many teams working on similar issues (aka very low efficiency).
